The Many Faces of Tayeson

As I was looking through some old pictures of Tayeson today I noticed a common theme throughout his life. No matter how old he is he always has something all over his face!!! Thankfully, as he has gotten older the affected area seems to have lessened substantially. It was fun to look back at these old pictures of T. It also makes me so excited to see how messy our next one will be.

Happy Mother's Day

We just wanted to say Happy Mother's Day to our birthmother wherever you may be. We want you to know of our love and admiration for you. We hope that all is well with you at this time and that you have the love and support of those around you. This year Mother's Day has had a whole different meaning to our family. We just wanted to let you know that we are thinking about you and we love you.

Eric's Favorite Jeans

This is for anyone who has ever wondered what its like to ride Septa (Philly's transit system) for 2-3 hours a day, 5 days a week, for a year. This is what happens. When we moved here we sold our second car because we were planning to live close to Eric's school. Well the Lord had other plans for us. We may live only 10 miles away but here in Philly that translates to a 35-45 minute drive or a 1 to 1 1/2 hour Septa ride!!!!! Bless Eric's heart he has made the 2-3 hour treck for the last year so that T and I are able to have a car. I marvel everyday at the sacrifices that he has made and continues to make for our family. He has worked so hard this last year so that he can graduate and provide the life he has always wanted for us, and what has he gotten for it? A hole in his favorite jeans. Well, his Septa days are now over. Last weekend we were able to find him a nice little car that has seats that are more comfortable than Septa could ever dream of. We love you Eric and we appreciate all you do for our little family!!!
